📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jliok Casino ("jliok," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at jliok.cam and all related services, games, promotions, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using the jliok Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jliok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jliok Platform and refrain from creating or accessing any account on jliok.cam.

1.4 These Terms apply to all users of the jliok Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used, including but not limited to desktop computers, mobile phones, tablets, and any other internet-connected device.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 The jliok Platform is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming activities;
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of jliok Casino, or a member of the immediate family of any such person;
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from any gaming platform, or subject to any regulatory exclusion order from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

2.2 jliok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and eligibility from any player at any time. Accepted documents include UMID, PhilSys national ID, Philippine passport, and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.3 Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending review, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access the full range of jliok gaming services, you must create a registered account on jliok.cam. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the jliok Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliok account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.4 jliok will never contact you to request your full password via email, SMS, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from jliok that requests your full password, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately via Live Chat.

3.5 You must notify jliok immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jliok shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.6 jliok reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is deemed inactive, that shows signs of fraudulent activity, or that is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

💰 4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 jliok accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, USDT (cryptocurrency), and 7-Eleven payment kiosks. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at jliok's sole discretion.

4.2 All deposits made to your jliok account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jliok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

4.3 All transactions on the jliok Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.

4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current deposit limits are displayed in the jliok cashier section and may be adjusted based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

4.5 jliok does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider — GCash, your bank, or another third-party processor — may apply its own fees, which are beyond jliok's control.

🏧 5. Withdrawals

5.1 Players may request withdrawal of funds from their jliok account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.

5.2 Identity Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests require completion of jliok's identity verification process. Unverified accounts are subject to a withdrawal limit of ₱5,000 per transaction. Full verification removes this limit and enables withdrawals up to the maximum permitted under your account tier.

5.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts;
• Maya: 30 minutes to 3 hours for verified accounts;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 24 hours during banking hours;
• Coins.ph: 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• USDT: 30 minutes to 4 hours subject to blockchain confirmation.

5.4 jliok reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where additional security checks, identity verification, or bonus wagering compliance reviews are required.

5.5 Withdrawal requests will not be processed if your account has outstanding unmet bonus wagering requirements. You may forfeit your active bonus to release your cash balance for withdrawal; forfeited bonus funds cannot be recovered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All jliok bonuses are subject to wagering rollover requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonuses are credited to your jliok account on an opt-in basis unless otherwise stated. Players who do not wish to participate in a promotion must decline it before or at the time of deposit.

6.4 jliok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not prejudice a player who has already accepted the bonus in good faith and is in the process of meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of third-party bonus exploitation software, or coordinated play between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

🎮 7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games offered on the jliok Platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and fishing arcade games — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on jliok use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jliok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the jliok Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Laundering money or using the jliok Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Engaging in any form of unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse engineering of the jliok Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jliok staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Sharing your jliok login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Accessing the jliok Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8.2 jliok employs technical monitoring tools, behavioral analytics, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in any of the above activities waive any right to appeal account closure or demand the return of forfeited funds.

11.1 All content on the jliok Platform — including but not limited to the jliok logo, brand name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jliok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jliok Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jliok's prior written consent.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of jliok's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jliok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jliok Platform.

12.2 jliok does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jliok's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. jliok shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

12.3 jliok's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jliok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

🚪 13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 jliok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2;
• jliok is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation;
• The player's account is involved in suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

13.2 Upon termination for a violation of these Terms, all pending bonus amounts and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified cash balances (deposits not subject to outstanding bonus rollover) will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within 14 business days, unless withheld as part of an ongoing fraud investigation.

13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their jliok account may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.

🏛️ 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute between you and jliok shall first be submitted to jliok's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team via Live Chat or at the support email address in Section 16, clearly describing the nature of your complaint and your desired resolution. jliok will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jliok's internal process within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction.

14.4 You agree that any claim against jliok must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

📝 15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jliok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jliok will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jliok Platform.

15.2 Amended Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms & Conditions page. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms each time you use the Platform.

15.3 Your continued use of the jliok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure under Section 13.3.
